Ethan Slaughter

Ethan joined JMARK in February of 2025 as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. He is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in financial strategy, business ethics, and leadership. He has held pivotal executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, where he has been instrumental in optimizing financial performance and driving cultural transformation within organizations. Ethan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he was honored with the Outstanding Applied Doctoral Project Award for his research on the labor economy in the transportation industry. He currently serves on the Business Advisory Council at Indiana Wesleyan University and is a graduate faculty member, teaching courses in business ethics and corporate financial planning and analysis. In his leisure time, Ethan enjoys working outdoors, particularly on his tractor, and traveling the world with his wife, Cassie.
