Travis was born in Massachusetts, raised in Arizona, and currently lives in Missouri. He earned a degree from Missouri State surrounded around Mathematics, Computer Science, and IT Service Management (Business). He has been learning and working in the IT field for over ten years within multiple roles, but he is most passionate about Service Management and IT Networking.
As a working supervisor for the Field Services team, at least half of his energy is spent improving our processes; looking for efficiencies that we can pass on to our clients (ie. reduced prep/onsite times). The other half is directed toward working as a technician, handling break/fix, prepping new service orders, or delivering hardware onsite.
Our clients trust our expertise and our resolve to help them, which not only leads to efficiencies in support, but also feels good. Travis has witnessed all our core values in action throughout his time at JMARK.
His favorite part of his job is helping and educating people on ways to better utilize technology to be more successful.
