Michael joined JMARK in February 2018 as part of a strategic effort to focus on the client experience. Michael is a certified customer experience professional (CCXP) and holds his master’s in artificial intelligence.
His role at JMARK is one of relationship building and innovation. He is actively working on a piece of customer strategy which will enable JMARK to actively identify and prioritize all of its customers’ pain points. As these are catalogued, he will work with individuals across the business to systematically eradicate these pain points as we progress towards elegant, consistent, and repeatable customer experiences.
When not working with JMARK, Michael can be found actively engaged in the local animal rescue community. He is the author of CCXP Exam Preparation; all profits from his book are used to support local animal rescues.
