Michael joined JMARK in February 2018 as part of a strategic effort to focus on the client experience. Michael is a certified customer experience professional (CCXP) and holds his master’s in artificial intelligence.
His role at JMARK is based around collaborative innovation and fits well into the intrapreneur model. He is always on the lookout for problems to solve and ways to add value to the business. He spends a great deal of time researching and experimenting with new ideas and techniques with the goal of applying these to produce maximum leverage for JMARK and our clients.
When not working with JMARK, Michael can be found actively engaged in the local animal rescue community. He is the author of CCXP Exam Preparation; all profits from his book are used to support local animal rescues.
