JMARK has a long history with a hybrid work environment, from fully remote employees to full-time at the office and everything in between. Many find that a hybrid schedule, like 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, allows for great balance.

Employee Appreciation
We love to celebrate our successes and have fun along the way. Each month we find time to meet together to celebrate wins, announce anniversaries, and eat great food! These Employee Appreciation lunch meetings have become a favorite tradition at JMARK, full of celebration, laughs, and really great food (ask us about Tom’s amazing tri-tip!).
