Michael Bartlett
Director of Experience Innovation
Michael joined JMARK in February 2018 as part of a strategic effort to
focus on the client experience. Michael is a certified customer experience
professional (CCXP) and holds his master's in artificial intelligence. His role at JMARK is based around collaborative innovation and fits well
into the intrapreneur model. He is always on the lookout for problems to
solve and ways to add value to the business. He spends a great deal of time
researching and experimenting with new ideas and techniques with the goal
of applying these to produce maximum leverage for JMARK and our clients. When not working with JMARK, Michael can be found actively engaged in the
local animal rescue community. He is the author of CCXP Exam Preparation;
all profits from his book are used to support local animal rescues.
Michael became a U.S. Citizen at the height of the Covid pandemic!
Michael donates all of the profits from his side hustle to dog rescue. Wow!
He grew up in the 80s and 90s and was a skater.
He has three dogs who are the center of his universe.
