I have been very pleased with JMARK’s assistance with my office. I don’t like having to call and speak to someone who makes a ticket, then get someone who is not familiar with my office workings. It has been a good marriage with JMARK’s team taking care of our needs when necessary. This way no one has to “learn” how things work in my office then fix the problem. They already know what to expect before they begin helping with problems. That makes a good I.T. team!
