Service Manager

Brandon served seven years in the U.S. Army, with assignments in Texas and Germany, before discovering his passion for technology. He went on to earn an associate’s degree in Networking Technology from Ozarks Technical Community College and has been working in IT services since 2012.

Before joining the technology field, Brandon built a wide range of experience across industries including sales, service work such as pool installations, and manufacturing, giving him a unique perspective on the diverse challenges businesses face.

He joined JMARK in 2019, initially focusing on onsite support before moving to the core service team in 2022. Throughout his time at JMARK, Brandon has been dedicated to delivering personal, customer-focused service while continually expanding his expertise and helping elevate those around him.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys caring for his pets—Cooper the Pug and Kitty—and supporting the growing world of esports, a passion rooted in his love for competitive online gaming. He also enjoys visiting his hometown of Lebanon, Missouri, to spend time with family.
