I’ve been in customer facing sales and support roles since I was 18. I started in the tech world as a tech/sales associate at US Cellular that I worked at for several years. I moved from there to the banking world where I managed VIP customer relationships and helped maintain the technical side of the bank including ACH/Wire transfers and sweep accounts. I recently moved up to Springfield looking for a place I could balance my love of technical knowledge and relationship management and fell in with the Telecommunications department. It’s a rough crowd.
I’ve never seen a place put as much emphasis on their core values as I have with JMARK. It’s encouraging to see a company stick to their values in a literal day to day fashion.
