I strive to make sure these partnerships flourish through active collaboration and by providing our team with the tools they need to be great at what they do.”
James has many years of experience managing teams inside and outside the world of I.T. He comes from a diverse background of industries. James leads a team of technicians that focuses on the proactive health of JMARK’s clients’ networks and processes. James earned his bachelor degrees in business management and network administration. He additionally has earned his master’s degree in business administration. He holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), and Project+ Management. James joined JMARK in September of 2017 when he moved back to the Springfield area. Prior to joining JMARK, James ran a large team of service technicians at a managed service provider in Seattle.
