Voice messages via email.
You’re out working with a client and see an email containing the audio of the voice message that came in while you were in the meeting. You can call right there, forward the message to a colleague, or tap the provided calling number to call your client back.
Phone anywhere.
A call comes in on your desk phone but you need to head over to the event center across town to help out with a presentation. No problem, just hit a button on your desk phone and the call continues on your cell phone. Once you get to the event center, you fire up your laptop and run the Cisco phone software and continue the call from there.
Video presence.
It seemed like something from science fiction to us a few years ago, but now we use it every day. We now find ourselves routinely booking meetings with people in other parts of the country using cameras, TV and IP telephony. Thanks to high definition video and sound body language and tones of voice are not lost, and the meeting goes on as if everyone is in the same room.
Productive Anywhere.
VPN and Remote Desktop Connections allow us to use our office desktops, terminal servers and applications no matter where we sit. With the addition of web applications, tablets and smartphones, we are collaborating and performing all our normal work without missing a beat.
Collaborate Anywhere.
Remote Control and Desktop Sharing allow us to collaborate with colleagues to get work done quickly and effectively, and thanks to our company philosophy of getting work done right now work doesn’t wait until everyone can get back to the office conference room.
Authorization From Anywhere.
We can now sign documents, proposals, and agreements electronically using an iPad, Surface, or Android tablet and the appropriate tablet app. Documents come in as PDFs, we scratch a signature down and send them off, ensuring business doesn’t need to slow down for anything. Capturing ideas with smartphone apps can take a whiteboard brainstorming session and save it in a note-taking app to refine and update later from any device.

The technology is changing more rapidly than ever, which allows us to do new things more quickly with each passing day.
