Virus Alert From JMARK

Email Appearing To Be From iTunes Contains A Virus

JMARK's Security Engineers have discovered a new virus circulating that comes in the form of a convincing email appearing to be from iTunes.  It has a .ZIP file attached to it that contains a virus.  That ZIP file, if executed, has been known to elude even the best of anti-virus programs.

Remember that software companies (Apple, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) NEVER send out updates via email.  If you are a current JMARK client, JMARK's NetCare services will handle all legitimate updates so if you ever get an email from a software company requesting action, delete it.  If you're in doubt, don't hesitate to open a support ticket with JMARK by emailing support@jmark.com and we'll verify its validity.
