JMARK NO.1397 on Inc. Magazine's List of 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies

Springfield, Missouri, August 23, 2011 - JMARK, A full-service technology consulting firm specializing in computer network care for businesses, has been named to the 2011 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest Growing Private Companies.  In the last three years, JMARK has experienced 203% growth and is NO. 158 in the IT Services Industry Rank category out of 640 companies on Inc.'s 5000 list.

"Having the opportunity to be ranked is something we’re very proud of.  Moving up 438 spots is truly overwhelming. This shows how much hard work and commitment our team has to the future of JMARK and our clients. " said Thomas H. Douglas, President/CEO of JMARK Business Solutions, Inc.  "We are all very excited about the coming years and feel very fortunate to be growing despite difficult economic conditions that are hitting other industries so hard. We are grateful to our clients who provide us with the opportunity to serve their technology needs.”

"Now more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs and drive the economy forward," states Inc. magazine Editor Jane Berentson. "Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is."

Despite the fact that most of this year’s measuring period of 2007-2010 took place during America's stagnant economic environment, aggregate revenue among the companies on the list actually increased to $366 billion, up 14 percent from last year. The effects of the recession are seen, however, in the median three-year growth rate, which dropped to 94.1 percent from last year’s 96 percent. This year’s Inc. 5000 created 370,592 jobs in the last three years, which has led to them being referred to in Inc. magazine as "The Engines of the Economy".

The 2011 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2007 through 2010.  To Qualify, Companies must be U.S. based and privately held, independent - not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies, and have had at least $100,000 in revenue in 2007, and $2 million in 2010.  The magazine surveys private America's independent businesses to take a comprehensive look at a critical part of the economy.  The companies vary in what they do, including digital media companies, retailers, food and beverage companies, and software and telecommunications businesses.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found on www.inc.com/inc5000.

The fact that JMARK ranks among the country’s elite businesses who continue to grow despite difficult economic conditions is proof that JMARK’s unique approach to technology management and customer service is one that both attracts and retains business clients.”
