Back Up Storage: Your Data SAFE BASE.
Backing Up With Tape is Never Enough:
The information you create – and how you manage, control, and back up that information – is critical to your business. And yet a large percentage of businesses are still using a tape backup system or something worse to protect their business.
Statistics show that average failure rate of disk and tape backup systems over a period time is over 90%! If you're backing up your data on site with a tape drive, you're flirting with disaster - the odds are not in your favor! Be aware that 60% of all businesses that lose their data are out of business within one year and 71% of those who lose their data are closed within 24 months. The loss of customer names, accounts receivable, customer history, can make it impossible to recover from a data loss.
JMARK'S reliable off-site backup solution:
Our solution was developed for the small to medium sized business and is robust enough to backup databases such as Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Exchange and simple enough to scale down to backup a single PC running Quick Books.
Utilizing Springnet's Underground facility and redundant servers from HP, JMARK's Offsite Backup Solution takes the fear, doubt and uncertainty out of the backup process by performing automated backups that are monitored and maintained by certified network engineers. Our advanced monitoring system alerts the JMARK Network Operations Center of any issues relating to the backups that we manage.
How JMARK will ensure the security of data:
There is not a backup system in the world that can perform at 100%. There is also no backup system that any business should trust without first performing a test restore. The JMARK support team performs a test restore on each of our client's system on a monthly basis to ensure the data that each of them rely on is working as required.
Our recommended solution:
The design of the solution that we recommend involves both a local backup and a remote file location. Because the restoration process can be a time sensitive matter, having a local copy of the data is critical for a fast recovery of a single file or a complete server. Upon completion of the local backup, replicating the data or portions of the data to the JMARK servers will then begin.
