JMARK Business Solutions, Inc. (JMARK), a full-service technology firm specializing in computer and network management for businesses, announced that it has acquired 100% of the assets of Comprehensive Technology Services, LLC d/b/a Integris Tech, an IT service provider specializing in Medical IT services, effective January 1, 2012.
The acquisition provides a greater geographic reach as well as additional employees and resources to clients of both organizations. The acquisition helps JMARK accentuate its strong focus on vertical industries including health care, legal, financial, insurance, transportation, education and government sectors.
Founded in 2007 and based in Fayetteville, Ark., Integris Tech partnered with Cisco, Dell, Novell to service, install and sell advanced computer technologies for businesses.
The expertise and cross-training exchange between the IT Professionals at both locations heightens the solutions we will deliver to our combined clients.
